When we are not taking things too personal, when we choose to forgive and forget (at the speed of a fault), we are being childlike.
When we keep a teachable posture, when we are open to learn new things, open to look at the world with fresh eyes and are willing to see things in a new way, we are being childlike.
When we decide for a life without limits, decide rather to pick ourselves (than wait to be picked), decide to dream big and to actually live like nothing is impossible, we are being childlike.
It turns out that, at a level of consciousness, childish is the opposite of childlike. And on the basis of this, one can be 40-something or 80-something years old and still be childish.
Which are you?
