Deciding and Acting.

Whether you are aware or not, the process of decision making and actual actions requires the commitment of some level of mental & emotional energy. When you engage with the incoming – for example – an email in your box or a message on your phone, you’ve got to be well aware that you have only got so much energy to expend as one man, and it will help to distinguish clearly between the subjects that need a decision and subjects that require an instant action.

They are not the same.

Don’t put till later a mail that you can reply almost easily in the spur of the moment. Don’t put off a decision for later when you can decide & take action now.

That’s a waste — pure labour loss; efforts that should have probably been used to say a clear yes or no.

Snooze is a trap – don’t fall into it!
